We buy our smoked salmon direct from one of the best producers in Scotland. Individually sliced and packed sides in 500g, 750g, of 1 Kg sides.

Gammon Joints
Either smoked or un-smoked, cut to any size. Even gammons on the bone!

Cooked Ham
We can cut you a piece of cooked ham to any size you like, we also cook smoked collar of bacon, and hams on the bone.
